Dumbbell Move: Lunges

Instructions: Stride confidently while holding a pair of dumbbells. Do a big hop forward on your right foot, landing on your right knee.

Instructions: Lie face up on the floor with bent knees and elbows, holding a dumbbell in each hand. Raise the dumbbells upward until your arms

Instructions: Stand with feet hip-width apart, palms facing front, arms straight at your sides, and a dumbbell in each hand.

Method: Hold a dumbbell in each hand and stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your knees supple as you rise the weights to your chest.

Step 1: Find a comfortable place to lie down, such the floor or a bench. Raise the weights straight over your chest, palms facing inward.
